I'm trying to lose weight, I have to lose 16 lbs. by Mar. 1. Needless to say I'm not very jazzed about my meal plan because I CAN'T EAT IT! But here it is anyway blah blah blah...

TUESDAY - Turkey Bowtie skillet, rolls
WEDNESDAY - Tuna burgers, peaches
THURSDAY - leftovers
FRIDAY - Celebrate getting our tax returns, fine dining at the Pizza Cottage
SATURDAY - Penne A La Betsy, garlic bread
SUNDAY - Ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli w/cheese, brownies
Looks like a great lineup! How did you like The Pioneer Woman's roasted chicken legs last week? My pot roast turned out really great!

I love reading menu plans. You're going to lose 16 lbs in 4 weeks? Let me know your secret if you do it.
My husband and I did the Zone diet in 2006. I lost 10 lbs the first month and 25 lbs in almost 5 months.

have you tried any of the weight watchers recipes?? (i have one on my blog). THey are super good and the whole family would like them.
